Magdalena Doering is an award-winning concert violinist performing internationally. She earned a degree in Solo Violin Performance with Honours in Munich under Professor Linus Roth, gaining the highest marks possible. She then completed a Master of Arts at Mozarteum University in Salzburg, Austria with Professor Pierre Amoyal, the last living Jascha Heifetz pupil and world renowned soloist.
Magdalena began playing violin at age 7 and has since performed in concert halls across the globe including Brazil, Australia, Italy, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Poland and Switzerland. She has taken Masterclasses with musicians such as Stefan Accardo, My-Kyung Lee, Silvia Marcovici, Leon Spierer, Kirill Troussov and Barnabas Kelemen. She was a co-founder of the National Orchestra of Samoa on outreach projects in the South Pacific. Magdalena performs on a 1928 Giuseppe Pedrazzini violin.
